Kiene's Fly Shop believes in customer service. We will make every effort to ensure a customer is 100% satisfied with our service and products. If you are unhappy or just purchased the incorrect item, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange, full refund, and or store credit. We will not accept items that have been damaged or used. Each return needs to include a copy of the receipt and invoice. Also, please let us know your request for an exchange, refund, or store credit. These refunds exclude shipping charges.
